Biography
Duane is a seasoned marketer with two decades of experience across diverse industries including motion picture, IT/CE, distribution, tier 1 retail, and data/automotive. His impressive client list includes brands such as Kodak, Hp, Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, Staples, Walmart, and Costco.
Duane's journey began with an honors diploma in Multimedia and Interactive Design, complemented by certifications in electronic UI/UX design, business management, globalization & commercialization, and programming/implementing artificial intelligence. His educational pursuits led him to institutions like RMIT University in Australia, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), IBM, and online platforms where he also acquired several Marketing certifications.
He has managed monthly budgets for clients as high as $425K/month and has invested over $6M over PPC and social platforms.
Notable for his achievements, Duane was honored with the Global Marketing Top Performer 2020 award at Fleet Complete for his exceptional performance in growing qualified lead volume, conversion volume, and driving revenue in a declining market during COVID-19.

We completely agree. Ad agencies generally run anywhere from $1000/Month and may go as high high $65,000/Month. This is a simple question to answer: we are small and ramping up our prospecting and onboarding. It's a competitive market and we want to be able to offer a spectacular value, prove ourselves and make it an easy decision to give The Apricot Agency a chance.
The quality of work must be low. Who do you outsource your work to?
Our work quality is A+. We do NOT out-souce at all. All work is done in-house, in Canada by very experienced strategists. Period.
How long until the monthly retainer increases? How much will it be?
This promo is designed to run for 3 months @ $4999/month. After that period we believe that we will have earned your trust and be satisfied with your results and will discuss the monthly retainer moving forward. Our regular rates are still up to 92% lower than traditional large agencies.
How often do you intend on working on our account? Is there a specific amount of hours attached?
We do not count hours or promise Xh/month. We will review your campaigns a minimum of 3 times/week but more likely once/day to ensure the highest level of performance possible.
Does this include asset creation and full media production?
Yes and no. Our business model is to offer the most for our clients without 'nickel and diming' them. With that, we don't charge extra to write ads, review keywords, make changes etc. We will put together display and video ads with media supplied by our customers or stock photography where approved and permitted. If clients want specific branded and tweaked content, we would prefer if our clients provide these assets.
Why are you contacting me specifically?
We have done our research and looked for companies that we think that we will work well with. It could be expertise in your industry, the observed need for a PPC/Digital agency... we do not import hundreds of random companies and send out emails. EVERY prospect is researched and contacted based on fit.
Why is this offer Limited?
Simple: we're small. We are a boutique agency that does not take on dozens of clients at once. We try to keep our client list in single-digits so that we can concentrate on a small amount of clients and their success rather than spreading ourselves too thin.
How long until I hear back from you?
After you fill out a form, usually within 1 business day. This may seem slow but, again, we do not have a call centre of sales agents standing by. We do business interpersonally and 1-on-1.
Will I be spammed?
Heck no! We are people too... and nobody likes to see an inbox full of fake salesy stuff. We will hang onto your email address and likely follow up and, in the future, occasionally make you aware of promos or share information that we feel is insightful and valuable but that's about it.
